Welcome to Loon Education! An online learning academy designed to meet your personalized learning needs, whatever they may be! Perfectly suited to fit your lifestyle and busy schedule, with private or group lessons (2-4 students) ranging from 30 minutes, 45 minutes, up to 1 hour. 

We are based out of Irvine, California, and teach students worldwide easily through the Zoom platform. Our teachers are from all around the world! 

At Loon, we offer courses for all grade levels in the following:

English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and French. 

Classes available for these languages are:

~Writing 

~Speaking 

~Reading Comprehension 

~Combination of two or three of these areas!

We also offer courses in Math, Social Studies, and Science!

Classes geared to accommodate you:

~Fit to your schedule

~Your desired length of time, in the area or areas you prefer!

All of our teachers are patient, qualified, and passionate about teaching! They are native speakers in the language they are teaching who will tailor their classes to meet the needs of their students. Students will learn at their own pace and their teachers will help fill in any gaps in learning they may experience.

Many of our teachers are current or retired schoolteachers from the East Coast and the Bay Area and all have a minimum of 5 years of language teaching experience.  Loon Education was launched in early 2020 with the intent to ensure that learning would continue throughout the trying times of the Covid Pandemic. This philosophy has grown, and the learning has extended far beyond this need. We also wish to share East Coast educational resources with the West Coast and to continue to instruct and enlighten students throughout the world.
