Interest in the Spanish language is awakening day by day in the world and acquiring a huge international projection. Learning Spanish as a foreign language is very relevant; experiencing a spectacular increase around the world. For these reasons, the teaching of Spanish as a second or third language is emerging, more and more, as a professional outlet with a huge future.

Loon Education is now offering Spanish classes for children from a very young age in order to spark interest and with time, acquire the skills and knowledge of literacy in the Spanish language. Our classes for children ages 2-5 years old have a duration of 30 minutes each. Starting at age 6, the students will start to take classes with a duration of 60 minutes each. Likewise, we offer adult classes for all levels.

At Loon Education, we utilize different methods for learning:

The direct and natural method. With this method, the learning is done through direct oral communication. This, if you think about it, is the method we use as children learning our native language: speaking, listening, making mistakes, and repeating. We do not learn grammar, but instead work it out intuitively and in the end, we start speaking correctly. This is the method that we implement for the youngest learners. 

Communicative Focus. Beyond being a methodology, it is the way we see learning. It starts with the idea that the language is used basically for the communication between people, and the objective, thus, is to improve all aspects included in this communication. Importance is given to all skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading). For Loon Education, it is very important that your children know how to communicate (to understand and be understood) in Spanish. Grammar also makes up part of this learning process.  This is a method that puts a special emphasis on the interaction and the use of the language in real-life situations. 

At Loon Education we believe in the benefits of having small groups,  which allow for adequately meeting the educational needs of each student. Since each student receives more personalized attention in class, greater inclusion and integration awakens curiosity, therefore stimulating analysis.  Reinforcement of knowledge through videos, songs, vocabulary, images, activities, and exercises to keep the student's interest in continuing their education in the Spanish language.
